**Chargé(e) des Ressources Humaines F/H - CDI**

**Ton quotidien en quelques points ?**

Rattaché(e) au HRBP / Responsable RH du site et au sein d’une équipe de 3 personnes, tu auras pour principales missions:
Formation : participation au recueil des besoins auprès de chaque manager, consolidation du plan / budget, déploiement des formations, optimisation des financements CPF/OPCO ;
Gestion de l’intérim : annonce, diffusion, entretiens de recrutement, suivi des heures, relations ETT ;
Référent ISO / Qualité pour le processus RH du site - Suivi des KPI ;
Préparation de la BDES ;
Suivi des entretiens professionnels ;
Participation/Lead de projets RH divers : actions Diversité / QVT / RSE;
Back-up pour l’administration du personnel en cas d’absence au sein du service.

**Profil de formation supérieure type Master en Ressources Humaines

Qui possède une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum sur un poste généraliste et plus particulièrement orienté Formation.

Qui est à l’aise avec les chiffres et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, est dynamique, fiable, et a un fort esprit d’équipe ;
Qui est organisé(e) et aimera être proactif chaque jour pour satisfaire nos collaborateurs ;
