Director, Integrated Supply Chain Strategy

**About the role**:
The Director, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Strategy Execution is responsible for building and leading an integrated team to achieve the operational key business objectives of our PS business unit. You will lead the FY2030 PS ISC strategy development and support the execution (end-to-end). Our aim is to provide outstanding products and services to BD customers worldwide, work collaboratively with all other BU and WW counterparts, achieve functional excellence in ISC and ensure all BD operations are conducted in compliance with all legal, regulatory and BD requirements.

You are a critical member of the PS WW Operations team. Reporting to the VP ISC, you work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, HR, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Commercial organizations. You also effectively work with the regional organizations in implementing this strategy. You are accountable to establish, facilitate, and develop strategies for the Segment to ensure alignment with business and corporate strategies.

You follow the digital impacts and implications in manufacturing, emerging trends and innovations in manufacturing operations, best methodologies for achieving cost optimization and best align and integrate manufacturing capability with the cross-functional supply chain.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Define how BD core capabilities create and deliver value
- Define strategic priorities and ensure that capabilities are in place or being developed to deliver on strategic choices
- Design and implement management systems to measure progress towards reaching strategic goals
- Propose and guide the selection of improvement programs that build outstanding and difficult-to-copy skills and capabilities, aligned with defined strategies
- Coordinate manufacturing network architecture strategy development across the Medical Segment
- Develops and maintains an organizational design that is aligned with the achievement of overall business objectives and adapts to customer needs. Builds an environment that is oriented to exceeding customer expectations with particular emphasis on quality and service.
- Works closely with the regions to ensure product supply requirements are met and growth strategies are understood

**About you**:
We are looking for a strong track record in leading strategy and execution in manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience in a high volume, low mix manufacturing environment in a highly regulated sector such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Food... Experience in both process and discrete manufacturing environments would be a significant advantage. Ideally, you have led a plant in your career.

You have demonstrated efficiency in providing functional and business leadership, including outstanding communication and influencing skills across the organization. You bring a strong E2E, cross-functional view.
