- Experience evaluating Business Development Executives in services selling across multiple technology Solution areas (Applications & Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Business Applications and Data & Artificial Intelligence), preferably enterprise scale consulting engagements that could include global delivery.
- Success as a Sales Manager/hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client’s business needs.
- Driving sales teams in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level.

Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers within the range segment, focusing on major and corporate accounts.
Sales Management: Oversee and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Coaching and Development: Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate whitespace opportunities and drive business growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
