**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and secure opportunities within major accounts to enhance customer acquisition.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set and pursue ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent growth within major accounts.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and confidently engage with C-level executives.
- **Negotiation**:Effectively negotiate contract terms and commercial proposals to maximize value for both parties.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of managing major accounts within the IT industry, driving revenue growth.
- Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
