**Descriptif du poste**
Vous intégrez notre pôle Expérience Utilisateurs et travaillez avec Aude en charge de la relation utilisateurs et Marie responsable du pôle.
Votre rôle est d’accompagner les utilisateurs d’Orfeo dans la prise en main et l’utilisation au quotidien de nos logiciels, en produisant des contenus pertinents.
Vous rejoignez Orfeo dans un contexte de croissance avec de nombreux challenges (internationalisation, lancement d’un nouveau produit.)
**Vos missions principales**:
- rédiger et mettre à jour les tutoriels en français et en anglais
- administrer la base de connaissance (planifier la publication des contenus, veiller à l’harmonisation des contenus (utilisation templates, termes et tons employés, etc.), organiser la révision régulière des articles avec l’outil)
- participer à l’élaboration de courtes vidéos (script, enregistrement) en collaboration avec notre chargée de communication
- réaliser des tests fonctionnels et collaborer avec les équipes Technique et Produit sur les finitions avant mise en ligne des évolutions
- rédiger des contenus visant à mettre en avant nos fonctionnalités (articles de blog, cas d’usages, releases notes etc.)
**Profil recherché**
- De formation supérieure type Bac+3 à Bac+5, idéalement en rédaction technique/traduction technique ou équivalent.
- Vous avez une maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit.
- Vous avez une réelle appétence pour les outils web.
- Vous faites preuve d’empathie.
- Vous êtes rigoureux
- Vous avez l’esprit de synthèse
