Program Manufacturing Leader Hydrogen

**MISSION**

Team Management:

- Coordinates activities and tasks completion of the manufacturing contributors (Logistics, Process specialists, Plant team, suppliers)

Design for Manufacturing:

- Works in close cooperation with Program Design Leader, Tooling Coordinator
- Definition of the Key Product Characteristics / Key Control Characteristics / PFMEA
- Manage the prototype builds, trials deliveries and analysis.

Production System Development:

- Studies, validates, releases and sets-up the complete production system : Equipment, tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts,, material and information flow. Take time, cycle time, HSE, Ergonomy
- Ensure the achievement of PFMEA and MVP (Manufacturing Validation Plan)

Project Finalization:

- Consolidates all manufacturing informations in the project documentation.

PMS Deliverables and Reporting:

- Accountable for deliverables : timing and quality with respect of standards.
- Updates regulary the manufacturing stakes: costs, investment, savings,...
- Reports the progress of activities, risks and opportunities

**Deliverables**

- A proven experience in Hydrogen manufacturing systems
