- In this position, the Group Environment Industrial manager will work under the management of the QHSE Director.- Context:
- Develop environment focus and mindset in Nexans, leading environment as part of 3E
- New context requiring Change in Environment visibility, behavior & conditions, leadership, network, concrete activities, expertise, dynamic,.
- Carbon neutrality and resources management projects launched by Nexans management
- Purpose:
- Lead Group Environment & Industrial Risk roadmap and performance
- Manage external ( benchmark, insurance, supplier/technical project) and Internal ( BG, network,) interfaces
- Lead specific projects for the Group
- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- **Coordinate environment & industrial risks performance, improvement and roadmaps**:

- Manage environment industrial data, analysis and reporting
- Scope of work : GHG, energy, water, recyclability, industrial risks, maturity & system
- Support **Environment communication** ( internal or external )
- **Lead industrial environmental projects** : GHG with Schneider, Energy monitoring 4.0 with Schneider and potential other industrial projects (sorting activities, pollution risks, equipment energy efficiency ,)
- **Manage environment standards** (technical, rules, book of solution,) ,standardize best practise
- Lead** alert system **and challenge 8D****:

- Lead **environment industrial benchmark**:

- Manage **Environment system** ( ISO14001, EMP, 50001 )
- **Be expert in Environment language**, anticipate external evolutions,..
- **Support internal and external interface** ( insurance, CSR, 3rd party companies, plant,)
- **Animate Environment** network with the BGs
- Expected results:
- Organized and animated industrial network in the BG/BU/plants
- Planet management with the same place and management than People or Profit
- Compliance to Carbon trajectory and other planet objectives as water or recyclability
- Industrial risks identified and under control
- Efficient Environment system management
- What We Are Looking For:
- Green conviction and Environment/**Planet language knowledge** ( carbon neutrality ,)
- Ability to provide **report & advanced data**, make accurate analysis in order to propose adequate Group priorities
- **Technology knowledge** to priorize and support key actions
- **Leadership to drive** roadmaps & routines and ability to work transversally ( with plant, IVP, CSR, suppliers,)
- **Project management skills**:
