Customer Success Manager

**Your tasks**:
- Manage customers’ relationship and their partners’
- Onboard customers on our platform, especially through trainings both on site and remotely
- Administer data room projects, such as the creation of users, distribution of access rights, document upload, USB archive creation
- Management and administration of structuring and blacklining projects and reports.
- Execute and maintain accurate document and user security
- Client Support (1st level support) on equal terms for lawyers, investment bankers etc.
- Consult and support colleagues and managers in the optimisation of processes and products
- Take part in side-projects with an Agile approach, potentially cross departmentally
- Assistance with administrative and other necessary tasks
**Your Profile**:
- Strong customer and service orientation with a desire to exceed service levels and customer expectations.
- Interest in learning new software, affinity for technology
- Structured, detail oriented and well-organised operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment
- Autonomous, reliable and communicative team player
- French on a native level, fluent English skills, another language proficiency, especially Italian, Spanish is a plus
- Real Estate industry and due diligence knowledge is a plus
- Experience in using help desk software is a plus
