De grandes enseignes comme Boulanger, Leroy Merlin ou Decathlon font confiance à la plateforme pour opérer leur programme de rachat.

**Rôle / Responsabilités**

Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success, le Customer Success Manager a un double objectif:

- Accompagner les nouveaux clients et les aider à maîtriser la plateforme
- S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et du succès des programmes de seconde vie opérés par la plateforme

Missions:

- Onboarder et former les nouveaux clients de la plateforme
- Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié du client et développer une relation de confiance avec lui
- Mettre en oeuvre toutes les actions visant à améliorer la performance du programme de seconde vie des client

Vous disposez de 3 - 5 ans minimum d'expérience en tant que Customer Success Manager chez un éditeur de solutions SaaS - Vous avez déjà une ou plusieurs expériences en gestion de projets
- Vous avez un vrai sens de la satisfaction client et un très bon relationnel
- Vous avez un réel intérêt pour l’économie circulaire et les solutions technologiques
- Vous aimez maîtriser les aspects opérationnels et techniques des solutions déployées chez vos clients
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et de réactivité
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe
