**The role**

Own important customer problems end-to-end: discovery design shipped, and raise our quality bar. Work closely with Product Management and Tech, contribute to our design system, and be hands-on with marketing when needed.

**What you’ll do**- Design clear, state-complete flows for core product surfaces that have a broad impact on all users; ship, measure, iterate.- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our clients.- Expand our design system by synthesizing, creating, and contributing to reusable design patterns and libraries across the company's products. Contribute small PRs to the app (front-end/components/tokens).- Coordinate with stakeholders, and take ownership to deliver on expectations. Continually raise our bar for quality demonstrating an open attitude for collaboration.- Partner with Tech on scope/ trade-offs; produce crisp specs and acceptance criteria based on information from internal teams and user research.- Use AI as a tool (ideation, research synthesis, copy, prototypes) and design AI features with the right affordances, guardrails, and failure states.- Build and maintain marketing pages (Webflow/ lightweight code) and produce simple assets with the brand team.

**What we’re looking for**2+ years in product design** for B2B software (fintech a plus).- Hands-on with **design systems**and** component libraries**; strong pattern literacy; ability to produce precise, production-ready assets.- Strong **interaction and systems thinking**; you design for real states (empty/loading/error/edge).- Experience working closely with **software** **engineers** and understand their working process.- Fluency in **Figma** and modern component libraries.**AI-literate**: you regularly co-pilot with AI tools and can design usable, safe AI experiences. Familiar with AI prototyping tools, like **v0**, **Bolt** or **Lovable**.**Web building**: Webflow/Framer and HTML/CSS; comfortable shipping landing pages.**Code-curious**: some familiarity with front-end (React/TypeScript) and willingness to experiment and learn - using AI tools as needed - to contribute to the codebase; especially build components, fix small visual inconsistencies or bugs.- Clear writing; collaborative with PM/Tech/Marketing.

**Bonus Points**- Payments/credit or risk/compliance experience.- Event instrumentation (analytics) and basic experiment design.- Branding experience- Localization awareness.
