**As an **Arch Sales Manager - Comptoir Seigneurie Gauthier M/W,** **you will **guide your team and develop the business according to the Group policy and your goals.**:
At this position, you will report to the Regional Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and federate a team of **8** sales representatives** with different profiles and seniorities, attached to **8** stores** covering your business scope (departments **35, 50, 22).**:

- Develop a policy of customer loyalty with local companies.
- Promote the sales and marketing strategy applied to your scope and managing regional operations (Events, Sales Challenges) in cooperation with the Stores Manager in your area.

**Qualifications**
- A diploma in direct sales or management
- You have **5 years' of successful experience as a Manager** and a solid experience in sales, acquired in Business to Business.
- We wait from you **leadership, enthusiasm and engagement**, serving your team, in favor of customer satisfaction, of business.
- You are familiar with CRM and and figures and at ease in the promote of change.
- Speak French fluently is required
