Electrification Systems Quality Administrator Intern

**Job Description Summary**: Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.

We are looking for a Quality Administration Intern to support a small global Quality team with administrative, document management and data analytics activities, helping to facilitate smooth operations and communication within the team and across several business lines.

This role will involve managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various quality-related tasks and requires attention to detail and a “can do” attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize quality documentation, including reports, records, and compliance documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and audits for the quality team.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management review.
- Help coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring necessary documentation and support are available.
- Assist in the update of quality policies and procedures in our Business Management System. You will be a key user of SharePoint.
- Data analytics support of key Quality data.

**Qualifications**:

- HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification in Business or Quality Administration
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a quality assurance or quality control environment.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work to deadlines with good quality.
- Willing to learn having a “Can do” attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), along with familiarity with database management.
- Knowledge of SQL/Python (would be an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Proficient in the English language, written and verbal. Other languages are an advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- 12 months fixed term contract
- The work is 3 days in office and 2 days home working (can be office based 5 days per week).
- Mainly working in an office environment.
- Occasional overtime working will be necessary to support production.
- Attending meetings and reporting as necessary to support the business.
