Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Sourcing Manager dans le cadre d'un poste en CDI basé à Paris (75) afin de renforcer la direction Sourcing et accompagner la croissance stratégique.

Notre client, reconnu à l'échelle internationale, est un acteur industriel de premier plan dans le secteur têxtile. Il se distingue par son expertise technique, son exigence en matière de qualité et sa capacité constante à innover au service des plus grandes marques mondiales.

**Mission**:
En tant que Responsable achats sourcing vos missions principales seront de:

- Définir un plan d'action pour chaque fournisseur en coordination avec le Directeur Global des Achats.
- Négocier et mettre en œuvre les objectifs de coûts et d'économies saisonniers en lien avec les objectifs financiers.
- Gérer le budget du département.
- Encadrer et valider la stratégie fournisseur au niveau des catégories et des produits.
- Explorer en continu de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement pour répondre aux besoins business et produits, tout en collectant des informations marché sur les produits et les fournisseurs.
- Identifier les risques business, les communiquer et mettre en œuvre un plan de mitigation.
- Accompagner les responsables sourcing dans l'exécution de la stratégie Lacoste via des KPI S.M.A.R.T.
- Former et faire évoluer les membres de l'équipe pour favoriser la rétention des talents.
- Établir des relations de travail transparentes avec les équipes studio, produit, qualité, supply chain et les fournisseurs pour garantir une prise de décision agile et efficace.
- Définir les objectifs organisationnels.
- Piloter les projets d'amélioration continue et de transformation des processus de développement.
- Préparer et présenter un rapport d'activité mensuel à la direction générale.
