**Project Manager Intern**

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Our Project Management team is looking for an intern to work with us this summer, to provide support to our project managers and project coordinators. Their work will be focused on Plunet, our project management tool, outsourcing and coordinating with linguists, client invoicing, and other support work.

In addition to learning about the role-specific functions, Acclaro’s internship program will also include presentations from key department leads around the company to introduce the intern class to various components of what it takes to run an innovative translation and localization firm.

Location: Remote, CET

Reports to: Global Program Manager and/or Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support on different phases of translation projects
- Resource linguists
- Create linguist assignment tables using the resource tool and availability sheet
- Assign translation jobs and ensure deadlines are met
- Update trackers where relevant

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor's degree with an interest in Product Management or Localization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Global outlook and multicultural skills
- Team spirit

Desirable
- Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Previous knowledge in Plunet.
- Fluent in one or more languages in addition to English
- Studies in Localization, Translation, Project Management, or related fields.
