**« STAGE : master biotechnologie ou master pharmacie industrielle (F/H) »**

**Sujet : Développement des outils pédagogiques et formation aux produits/process pour de nouveaux médicaments transférés sur le site.**

**Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Sciences et Technologies, et en partenariat avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire de production, qualité et d’ingénierie, vos principales missions seront**:
Dans le cadre du transfert de technologie de nouveaux médicaments sur le site de Fegersheim, des modules de formation aux produits et aux procédés sont à développer. Vous rassemblerez les connaissances fondamentales et opérationnelles sur les produits, leurs indications thérapeutiques, les procédés de fabrication et les analyses, pour les présenter sous la forme de modules de formation, en collaboration avec les spécialistes de ces nouveaux produits.

Vous apporterez aussi des évolutions aux modules existants, avec notamment la mise à jour de supports vidéo selon les procédés en place, en collaboration avec les équipes de production.

Vous pourrez aussi contribuer aux études techniques et scientifiques qui portent sur les produits et les procédés

**Profil recherché / Connaissances requises**:

- Bon niveau de compétence scientifique (chimie, sciences du médicament, génie des procédés).
- Curiosité, rigueur intellectuelle et dans la pratique, esprit d’analyse mais aussi de synthèse.
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication orale.
- Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités.
- Qualité d’intégration et capacité de travail en équipe.
