In collaboration with the fantastic team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for an experienced Laundry Attendant to join our team. - Join a group that cares about its teams as much as its customers. - Share our values of excellence and generosity. - Develop your skills in a prestigious, international environment. **Main responsibilities**: - Control and maintain technical installations in the fields of electricity, energy, hydraulics and kitchens to prevent malfunctions and implement corrective action plans, - Schedule current and future preventive and corrective maintenance operations by diagnosing maintenance needs, - Be responsible for all energy management: electricity, water, gas, and contribute to sustainable development by controlling and optimizing consumption, - Manage departmental budgets (equipment, external service providers, contracts, etc.), - Hire, train, motivate, supervise and develop members of the Technical Department, - Lead, organize and control team activity to optimize results, - Interact positively with all team members to guarantee customers the service they expect from a luxury establishment, - Organize work and allocate tasks according to the posted schedule, to ensure that service runs smoothly, - Control and monitor the work performed by the teams. **Profile Required**: - Curiosity and open-mindedness - Team management skills - Higher education in electrical engineering or hotel and property maintenance - Availability, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy - Sense of detail - At least 6 years' operational experience in the technical field, in a hotel of a similar category. - Fluency in English - Computer skills: Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Practical and theoretical skills: refrigeration, air conditioning, building pathology, water treatment. - Ability to manage a budget. **ABOUT THE COMPANY** The Peninsula Paris is ideally located in the heart of Paris, at 19 avenue Kléber, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe and some of the world's most famous monuments, museums and luxury boutiques.
