Our offices boast a fully international team working together in a flexible, multicultural, and constructive environment that provides everyone with space to grow, both professionally and personally. **What you will do** TheFork has recently launched a transformative strategic program that will play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion across 11 countries. We are seeking a Senior Partnership Program Manager to lead and drive this program, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. In this role, you will report directly to the Revenue Director within TheFork's global marketing team and your responsibilities will center on building and nurturing this high-stakes program, overseeing related projects, and directly managing select initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - **Program Scoping**: Define the program's framework and objectives, aligning it with organizational goals and partnership ambitions. - **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Facilitate alignment and collaboration across internal teams and with external partner to ensure cohesive program execution. - **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing specific deliverables and timelines for each partnership initiative. - **Stakeholder Engagement & Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for project leads, gathering requirements and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Drive constant alignment & communication across the organization. - **Resource Allocation**: Manage budgets and assign personnel to ensure project needs are fully supported. - **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to safeguard partnership goals. - **Performance Monitorin**g: Track progress and outcomes to ensure quality and goal alignment, making adjustments as needed to stay on target. - **Reporting**: Deliver regular status updates to leadership on the overall health and impact of the partnership program. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, requiring a hands-on approach in managing the strategic partnership program while leading selected projects directly. **Who you are**: **You Must Meet These Critical Qualification** - Education: Bachelor or Master degree - Language: Being fluent in English is a must. French, Spanish and Italian are a plus. - IT: expert level in Excel, but also Google suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
