**The job**
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to structure our technical team in a context of strong growth.
**Tasks**
- Ensure the robustness of our architecture and the quality of our technical services & Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve our systems, processes and organization
- Prioritize tech topics
- Structure the technical team and participate in the recruitment of new collaborators
- Manage the Tech team's Leads (Lead Developers)
- Draft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs with the CTO
- Facilitate intra and inter team collaboration
**Profile**
- Significant experience as Head of Engineering or Tech Lead
- Expertise on our technical stack
- Knowledge of technical architecture and security issues
- Highly organized and able to prioritise
- Ability to implement processes
- Management skills
- Fluent in english
