**MISSIONS**

Pour répondre à leurs enjeux de scalabilité, l’équipe technique, en pleine structuration, a été divisée en différentes squads. Dans cette optique, Hadrien (le CTO) recherche leur futur Head of Engineering pour:

- Prendre part au développement des produits
- Mentorer l’équipe sur la partie développement (12 personnes)
- Créer, superviser et prioriser les projets logiciels
- Recruter

L’enjeu à moyen terme est de devenir le head of engineering et donc de sortir de l’opérationnel pour se concentrer sur l’encadrement d’équipe et la gestion de la roadmap.

Stack : Python - Django / Go - React / Typescript - Ansible / Terraform

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

**Formation et parcours**
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum
- Formation ingénieur

**Hard skills**
- Compétences en Python
- Avoir mentoré/managé au moins 3 personnes
- Connaissance des algorithmes mathématiques complexes
- Compétences en développement informatique (front et back), infra et devops
- Connaissance ML et Data science

**Soft skills**
- Bon relationnel
- Communication fluide
- Pédagogue
