L’équipe Secrétariat Général, a la charge de la préparation des plans stratégiques pluriannuels ; des budgets annuels, de la revue des comptes trimestriels et annuels, de la validation des dépenses, de la préparation des rapports annuels, du suivi du capital règlementaire, de la gestion de la trésorerie et des financements, de la définition du plan de distribution de dividendes, du suivi des effectifs, du calcul de valeurs liquidatives des OPCI, et plus largement à de tout le suivi administratif et financier des sociétés sous sa supervision.

Sous la responsabilité du Secrétaire Général de SCOR Investment Partners et des deux contrôleurs financiers, vous aurez l’opportunité d’apporter votre soutien sur un large éventail de tâches et de comprendre le rôle et les missions d’un directeur financier. C’est une occasion exceptionnelle d’acquérir une expérience précieuse dans les domaines du « corporate finance », de la gestion d’actif, et de l’immobilier.

Le profil recruté interviendra notamment sur les tâches suivantes (liste non exhaustive):

- Réalisation des plans stratégiques pluriannuels,,
- Réalisation des fichiers de contrôles financiers trimestriels (par exemple : contrôle du chiffre d’affaires, suivi des processus de refacturation interne).
- Analyse de performance financière (calcul de la rentabilité, calculs de ROE, de TRI et autres KPI )
- Préparation des revues analytiques sur les comptes des sociétés pour la Direction et aide à la prise de décision.
- Suivi des processus d’atterrissages des résultats,
- Calcul des besoins de trésorerie,
- Participation aux réunions mensuelles avec les équipes comptables et les équipes
trésorerie,
- Suivi des budgets travaux sur les véhicules immobiliers,
- Gestion du processus de validation des nouveaux fournisseurs,

Le profil apprendra lors de son stage à utiliser les outils SAP et Ariba. Par ailleurs il sera amené
à travailler au quotidien sur Excel et parfois sur Power-point.
- Master 1 ou 2 en université ou école de commerce, en spécialisation Finance
- Très bonne maitrise d’Excel (un test sera réalisé en entretien)
- Bonne compréhension de la finance d’entreprise et de la comptabilité
- Esprit rigoureux et méthodique
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
- Intérêt pour la gestion d’actif et l’immobilier
