Role Overview

**Functional scope**:

- SAP Sales and Distribution modules, specialized in SD.

Some key responsibilities will be:

- Drive business requirements gathering and gap analysis via conducting workshops, assessment of operational processes and analyzing how these can be implemented within SAP
- Deliver functional design documentation, test plan, coordinate UAT with SMEs
- Influence stakeholders and drive the usage of SAP standard solutions instead of custom development
- Work with SAP developers implementing custom code solutions when necessary
- Assume the role of functional lead for implementations of complex and enterprise projects
- Work in new role outs/carve outs, projects, maintenance and support activities.

**Education and experience**

Master degree or equivalent - 8-10 years experience on SAP, specially in SD/OTC.

**Skills**
- We are looking for a strong resource, experience and expertise in the area of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Work as an SAP expert in the SD modules, with a very good hands-on experience in customizing and configuring the system,
- Able to understand ABAP (Nice to have) and debug it.
- Good team player, able to work in a group with analytical thinking.
- Should be able to adopt and work in multicultural global organization
- Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs down to the table structure level, solid understanding of relationship / design on the overall solution.
- Able to communicate well with technical ABAP team for the desired needs
- Ability to manage small and medium size projects.
- Very good written and oral communication skills.
- English fluent is mandatory.
- French/Portuguese would be a plus.

**Additional information**

Position requires travel, domestic or international. could be up to 30% depending on projects.
