**Your Role**:
As a **Professional Services / Project Manager**, you will play a central role in the successful implementation of FieldLogs' solution for our international clients, especially in the **aviation and industrial sectors**.

You’ll be responsible for **managing projects end-to-end**: scoping needs, delivering tailored solutions, aligning with internal product & engineering teams, and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll have the opportunity to **lead small project teams** and become a reference point for critical deployments.

**Your Main Missions**:

- Lead deployment and **integration of FieldLogs modules** for large-scale industrial clients
- Manage full-cycle **software implementation projects**: from requirements gathering to delivery
- Coordinate between **clients, technical teams**, and **product managers**:

- Guide clients through **change management** and post-go-live optimization
- Develop technical project documentation, schedules, and dashboards
- Act as the **main client point of contact** and build trust-based relationships
- Participate in **project pre-sales** or demo phases as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in **IT systems implementation** or **software project management**:

- Strong interest or experience in **Aviation**, **MRO**, or **industrial domains**is a **plus**:

- You are autonomous, well-organized, and comfortable managing **technical client-facing projects**:

- Experience working in distributed or international environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
