Human by nature.**Capex Senior Project Manager - Your future role?**- You will formally report to Regional Engineering Business Partner.**Your main responsibility**:

- People management:_
- Assemble and manage the project team (internal, external resources)- Animate and coordinate the performance of the project team members- Monitor project team performance and complete performance reviews (also for future use)- Coach, mentor and motivate project team and sites project managers/engineers- Train others CAPEX project managers/engineers on CapEx/PM processes (PGP, SMP) and systems/tools (PPM/SAP)- Function management:_
- Bring daily work of assigned strategic project (or phase) and manage project resources to guide a successful project delivery
- Prepare Project/Portfolio Plan and financial forecasts/estimates for all phases
- Deliver appropriate executive level communication to SteCo and partners with regular status reporting, Measurements, project milestones, dependencies and risks
- Manage Project and bring project portfolio according to the CapEx/PM processes
- Ensure adherence to Global, regional and local standards
- Guide selection of engineering suppliers and vendors, assisting negotiation and dispute management
- Facilitate and resolve conflicts among project team members and other partners
- Provide consultation and participate Post Implementation Reviews
- Participate to the development of CapEx/PM best practices when requested

**You have**:

- Diploma: BSc/MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience, Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2) an advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English. Language of location an advantage
- Experience with leading large green/brown field projects (8+ years) preferably in food/chemical
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Experience in complex/matrix organizations
- Experience in working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists
- Experience in the FMCG industry a plus
- Experience in contracts management and supplier selection processes
- Very good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
- Design and construction of food/chemical plants
- Solid knowledge of CapEx and related financial aspects
- Software skills: User of MS Office tools. User of PPM tools (preferably CA Clarity).
