Cost Control Manager

**YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT**

We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several position to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.

Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.

You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.

Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. If you want to expand and contribute your knowledge alongside skilled and committed employees in this exciting project, this may be the job for you

**YOUR MAIN TASKS**

You will be responsible for overseeing the cost control of the Project, with monthly reporting and budget follow-ups.

Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Manager:

- Supervise the cost control staff
- Perform financial analysis and to report variances to budgets
- Give to the PMT a financial overview of the Project, enabling them to take adequate decisions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets
- Coordinate the monthly progress with the engineers and to analyse the variances between budgets and actual costs (end of month and end of site)
- Prepare on a timely basis for the cost control meeting the monthly report
- Coordinate the forecasts (activity, costs, cash flow) with the engineers and the PMT
- Prepare and to follow adequate KPIs relevant for the decision making

**Votre profil**:
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Master’s degree in finance
- At least 3 years’ experience in cost control
