Are you an experienced Sales Manager with an eye for spotting new business opportunities? Are you impatient to increasing Fujitsu’s visibility together with our customers and partners? Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager

In this challenging role you will be reporting to the Head of Channel Management.

As client intimacy is key, you will be spending most of the week at the customers’ or partners’ offices, in the region of Nord-West.

You will handle recruiting and developing the sales network value (VAR or ISV) in Nantes area. Your goal will be to develop the Datacenter products portfolio by offering added value as well as identifying new business opportunities to develop with your customers and partners. You will also be responsible for recruiting new logos. You will be in charge of leading the business relationship in order to achieve the targets of the agreed business plan as well as secure significant portfolio extension.

**Key accountabilities**
- Support the customers and partners in their activities and take selective measures to increase turnover with products and services that lead to significant portfolio extension;
- Increase Fujitsu’s visibility and market share by developing the added value of our products;
- Set up, develop and execute the agreed business plan;
- Support the customers and partners in the realization of Sales projects;
- Manage risks within the clients and partners portfolio;
- Ensure optimal communication with the customers and partners and provide them support;
- Coordinate and handle business relations at top management level;
- Ensure a high level of customers/partners training and certification about products, services and tools;
- Support the implementation of agreed marketing programs;
- Take selective measures to increase turnover with products and services;
- Use and manage resources within the company in order to achieve the target of the agreed business plan;
- Every quarters, develop and coordinate reviews on overall business and marketing plans in line with the company strategy;
- Identify, motivate and communicate with teams to effectively support qualified opportunities.

**Your profile**

You have a Bachelor or University degree in a beta study, and about 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager, with a focus on Datacenter products. Experience around Client Computing Devices products (PCs, notebooks, tablets, etc.) is a plus. You are used to working with end-customers but also know how to collaborate with partners. You have a strong network in Nantes area. You are familiar with SAP, HPC, data protection and data management.

You are organized, autonomous, and have strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Next to that, you are a committed person and true team player.
