Job Description*
Context: *
The Yield Manager is responsible for the direct / programmatic system landscape and the integration of partners across multiple technologies. It’s a central function for the optimization of key figures and the further development of our partnerships while working closely with the sales and adops teams to ensure a high level of efficiency and profitability.

**What you will do**:
As Yield Manager you are responsible for the programmatic setup and optimal monetization of the advertising campaigns on Deezer environments (website, apps, smart speakers, etc).
With the help of our technological infrastructure, you enable our customers and partners to access Deezer's advertising inventory.
You define and adapt the rates according to the fill rate, the type of transaction, the reservation periods, etc. in order to improve Deezer's profitability and revenue.
You also are responsible for the pricing policy, capacity and utilization control in the open auction. This includes all activities from controlling the service providers to working with and influencing strategic and operational pricing.
- Daily observation of the relevant key figures through data visualization tools and control of the programmatic systems (DSP/SSP/AdServer)
- Analysis, evaluation and processing of data from heterogeneous sources
- Coordination of external service providers and partners
- Close coordination and cooperation with Adops and Sales teams
- Participation in the further development of our programmatic system landscape
- Taking on projects in the field of yield management & business intelligence

Qualifications*
This role is excellent for a person with: *
- Degree in economics or comparable academic degree
- 6+ years of professional experience in the field of online advertising/marketing, preferably yield management / revenue management
- Experience with data analysis and handling BI and data warehouse tools and good MS Office skills, especially Excel / Google Workspace including Data Studio
- Strong experience with advertising platforms (Adservers, SSP, DSP, AdX) is mandatory
- Analytical skills and an affinity for numbers and technical processes
- Languages: French and English are mandatory, a third language is a plus
