Role Description
This is a fully remote role for an Advertising Revenues Director. It is a part time role requiring 1 or 2 days per week. We pay paper and bonus on revenue generation.
The Advertising Revenues Director will oversee the development, implementation, and management of advertising revenue strategies, working closely with the rest of the top management. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting key markets, cultivating relationships with advertising partners, negotiating contracts, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize revenue. The role will require continuous market research and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Account Management, and Client Relations
- Very sales focused
- Expertise in Market Analysis, KPI Tracking, and Revenue Forecasting
- Knowledge of Digital Advertising Platforms, Media Buying, and Programmatic Advertising
- Leadership abilities, including team building, mentoring, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency with Advertising Analytics Tools and CRM Systems
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategy in rapidly changing, competitive markets
- Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or media industries is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to grow in a CMO role after 12 months
