**Abricot is hiring a bartender/server en CDI**

Abricot is a women-owned, California-meets-Paris creative cocktail bar in the 10e arrondissement. We’re looking for a friendly, thoughtful, and motivated bartender/server to join our team long term.

Do you love creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for guests, work well with a team, and have solid bar experience? Are you comfortable with both table service and making great drinks behind the bar? If so, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll do**
- Provide kind, attentive service to guests, both at the bar and for table service
- Prepare and serve drinks with care and consistency
- Help to maintain a clean and organized bar
- Communicate well and work closely with team members and managers

**What we’re looking for**
- At least 2 years of bar or service experience
- Genuine interest in being part of a close-knit team and budding local community
- Have some experience in basic food preparation
- Strong French and English, ideally fluent
- A kind, calm, and collaborative attitude
- Available for evening and weekend shifts

Vous aimez créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et inclusive pour les client-e-s, travailler en équipe et vous avez une solide expérience derrière le bar ? Vous êtes à l’aise à la fois avec le service en salle et la préparation de délicieux cocktails au comptoir ? Si oui, nous serions ravies de vous rencontrer

**Vos missions**
- Offrir un service bienveillant et attentif aux clients, au bar comme en salle
- Préparer et servir les boissons avec soin et constance
- Contribuer à maintenir un bar propre et bien organisé
- Bien communiquer et collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l’équipe et la direction

**Profil recherché**
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience au bar ou en service
- Intérêt sincère pour faire partie d’une petite équipe soudée et d’une communauté locale en plein essor
- Avoir quelques bases en préparation alimentaire
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (courant idéalement)
- Une attitude bienveillante, calme et collaborative
- Disponibilité en soirées et week-ends
