Opportunity for a management position in a fast-growing start-up in the Tech investment industry Software Club is looking for its future HR Manager You will be responsible for the development and implementation of our global HR strategy, with the primary objective of supporting Software Club's rapid growth in France and internationally by recruiting, retaining talent and delivering a best-in-class employee experience. You will be a true partner to the operational teams and members of the Executive Committee in recommending, initiating, deploying and optimizing our HR processes and initiatives so that they are aligned with our business objectives, our mission and our determination to pay the utmost attention to our people. **>** **1.Talent Acquisition** - _Lead the Talent Acquisition team to support the SWC team growth _ - _Coordinate and contribute to the onboarding and integration of new team members_ - _Create new initiatives to promote the employer brand_ **2.People Development** - _Support talent in their career plans and implement personalized career paths _ - _Guarantee the quality of the social climate and dialogue, manage and lead the CSE_ **3.People Operations** - _Supervise arrival, departure and payroll management_ - _Manage all matters related to employment law and administrative procedures (Règlement Intérieur update etc.)_ **4.Office Management** - _Supervise the Office Management team, coordinate logístical and organizational aspects of the office _ - _Contribute to the animation of SWC’s life (team building, events and celebrations)_ **5.Additional transversal topics** - _Contribute to Financial projects / Legal and Ops projects_ **>** - Significant professional **experience in fast-paced, constantly changing organizations (5yrs)**: - Successful experience in **developing HR strategy to support a rapid organizational growth, strengthening and structuring the HR practise**: - Agility and **capacity to tackle operational and strategical topics** at the same time - **Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and great adaptability**: - **Fluent in English and French (written / oral)**: - **Analytical skills and rigor**: - **Great sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic** **Cherry on the Cake** - Strong interest in Tech and Investment - An international experience is a big plus **Salary**: From 40,000.00€ per year **Experience**: - Business administration/HR/finance: 5 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Français (required)
