**About**:
We are partnering with a Luxury Brand who are renowned for their heritage and exceptional quality, combining tradition and innovation across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrances. In this role, we are looking for a HR Manager to lead and oversee HR within Paris for shops, wholesale and corporate functions.

In this role you will lead on strategic initiatives to drive HR best practice including employee relations, benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws, talent acquisition and act as a primary point of contact for employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals.
- Ensuring HR practices comply with French labour laws and regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, support negotiations and consultations to ensure compliance with labour agreements.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Manager Employee Relations, addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Work closely with UK Head Office to align on all HR policies, processes, and company based initiatives.

**Qualities**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
- Expert knowledge of French employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong HR Generalist experience across Employee Relations and talent development.
- Understanding in managing trade union relationships and negotiating.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage complex situations.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
