**Position : Financial controller**

**Organization**
- Function : Corporate Financial control Analyst
- Country : France
- Location : La Défense
- Supervisor : Corporate Financial Controlling Senior Manager

**Purpose**
- Contributes to the HFM / Planning Europe / Planning Groupe reporting process, the completeness of the HFM database (HFM is the Group consolidation tool
- Hyperion Financial Management).
- Contributes to the production by the Financial Control team of the list of mandatory reporting dashboards and reports to issue on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Contributes to the production of supports and reports necessary to the Financial Communication on a quarterly basis.

**Areas of responsibility**
- Ensures the Group reporting’s completeness, timeliness and accuracy (HFM / Planning databases) for actual, forecast and budget reportings.
- Is in charge of the preparation of dashboards & reports prepared at Group level.
- Reconciles and checks dashboards / reports prepared by oneself.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement / development of quicker and more automated / more secure reports (retrieves, dashboards,) to automatize Financial control reporting production and analysis.
- Use of BI / Power BI in relation to business requirements and to deploy new reporting formats.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Fluent in French, English
- Previous experience in controlling in of in other finance functions

- excel (the daily companion )
- as well as for ERP / IT tools (BI, database retrieve tools,...)
- Work experience with databases and retrieves in a reporting/controlling department is a plus
- Excel skills are a must (vlook up, pivot tables, VBA macro,...)
- Power BI and other BI skills would be highly valued
- IFRS Accounting and management accounting knowledge at a moderate level
- General knowledge of Finance (hedging, cash management, financing markets, credit management...)
- Work experience abroad will be an advantage to integrate the department which interacts on daily basis with entities across the globe
