**Financial Controller in La Défense**
- In this position, the
- **Financial Controller** is a member of BG D&U AMEA team, within Finance organization. He/she will work under the management of the VP Finance D&U EUROPE & ASIA PACIFIC and will work closely with key functions of the BG/ Group (Sales, Operations, Finance Directors of BUs.), the team responsibilities includes, among others, the monitoring of BG Financial result, KPI definition and follow-up, Business controlling. He/She will work closely with all Business Units and will be responsible of one controller.**Purpose of the position**
- Produce and conduct analysis based on current data available to create, expand and complete current HFM report
- Provide tools for a better understanding of Business Challenges - Commercial and operational of the BG,
- Participate and support VP Europa and Asia Pacific in budget elaboration and monthly closing reports
- Organize monthly closing for HQ and follow up Business Unit reportings
- Implement the automated Business Review inside the BG
- Develop ad-hoc Power BI reports

**Responsibilities And Tasks**:

- Establish operational report - based on BI Group and linked to Financial report (Customer classification/ products rating/ complexity reduction per plants, consolidated margin, backlog analysis, Industrial KPI for Plant dashboard)
- Analyze, interprete and report financials including variances, trends, and irregularities; inform BG management of potential problem areas and recommend solutions in multiple area such as central Fixed costs, pricing, etc
Contribute to implementation of new models allowing the operational and financial management
- as example
- Operational dashboard for all plants.- Facilitate the access of GM and Finance Director at different analysis (For example (Power BI view).
- Secure consistency of data - in collaboration with the Master Data Management team of the group.
- Support VP Finance BG for HFM report, validation of data and Business review template creation.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills and ability to interact with operations
- Result oriented and hands on
- Practical experience as a financial
- Experience in the functional design, implementation and the use of performance and margin measurement tools and dashboard/score cards for project activities to support strong decision-making processes.
- Ability to be a change agent to promote common tools and approaches to project controlling/ performance measurement among the industrial controllers
- Hierarchical and functional management
- Written and oral communication skills
- English fluent, Spanish is a plus
- At ease in industrial environment
- Education: BAC +5, Engineer or Business School, with a specialization in Finance
