Who are they ?
Aviquali provides its brand and retail customers with a consumer review gathering solution. What is speciak about these reviews is that they are mostly gathered before the launch of a product and written by independent non-paid testers, selected according to their motivation.
Aviquali allows online products to benefit from better visibility on the day of the product launch and thus enlighten consumers in their purchasing decision.
The interest of these testings is to improve the quality of the opinions gathered as well as the rating assigned to the product in order to optimize the page of an online product.
Job description
The purpose of this position is:
Accelerate our growth in the cosmetics sector. In detail:
Creation and development of a client portfolio:
- You will manage a portfolio of prospects in order to convert them into customers, after developing a plan of action. You therefore participate in the sales process from A to Z.
Participation in the general commercial strategy:
- As a key element, you will be required to participate in discussions related to customer issues, offers with the aim of challenging them and implementing new solutions.

Required profile
Resourceful and clever, you really want to evolve in a start-up that reinvents the codes of a booming market.
For this position, you must:
- Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and flourish in the start-up universe where everything goes very quickly
- Be comfortable with numbers and setting up processes
- Be resourceful and enjoy finding solutions
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
- Be at ease in order to understand the different points of contact of our interlocutors and how to deliver a message that meets their expectations
- Be organized, proactive and dynamic
French as a first language
Fluency in English is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in the cosmetics sector, within a large group or with a retailer
