**About the Role**:
Boston Scientific is committed to develop and lead high quality education programs for both employees and medical professionals. The Watchman Left Atrium Appendage Closure device is now well established in the European. Training and Education for LAAC is key to further develop the therapy and ensure long term safety and efficacy. The LAAC Training Coordinator plays a key role in the monitoring, organization, communication and flawless delivery of HCP trainings as well as BSC representatives trainings. A deep understanding of the therapy, training curricula, distribution processes, proctoring requirements and franchise strategy is essential for the success and development of training activities.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Digital and F2F Training events organization
- COE/PTC (HCP Training Centers) set up
- Manage the communication of programs with the EMEA stakeholders and countries
- Organize Training Village and congress workshop events
- Monitor proper HCP and CSR Certification Process
- Update Training records and develop expertise on the eCare platform
- Manage KPIs & Budget Tracking to control training efficiency and expenses based on the AOP
- Develop expertise on the eCare platform and provide provide platform trainings and assistance when required
- Track proctoring days booked ensuring that the proctoring requirements have been met
- Master the e-Educare platform and content as well as HCP access when required
- Communicate and manage the BSC Internal/External LMS for new trainees
- Be an expert in all digital platforms used for trainings (MS Teams, Zoom, InTouch, SmartGlasses etc.)

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in administrative roles, in the Medical Devices sector, preferably in Interventional Cardiology

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior training coordination experience
- Another European language
- Prior exposure to Adult Learning concepts and practices
- Easy access to one of our main IASs is considered a plus
