This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support. To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a: **GET - Integration Lead (M/F)** **_The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)_** The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules. The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution. The **Integration Lead** role is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be **accountable for** **Integration of GET within the global landscape**. This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations lead. **Responsibilities**: - With the Middleware lead, setup and maintain Integration Golden Rules - Guarantee an accurate satellites systems cartography - Drive the end-to-end satellites integration (Core/Local) activities with regards to validated GET integration governance, and esp. ensure coordination with all satellites stakeholders (incl. local teams) - Design, Build & Tests interfaces - Set up and maintain transformation hub when required - Deploy to production, including any cutover and data migration activities - Accountable for Middleware factory delivery, relying on GET Middleware lead (note : the middleware factory is operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities) - Manage integration team, including Middleware lead - Contribute to the E2E monitoring & error handling of the GET ecosystem **Position requirements** - **Significant experience **on major SAP programs deployment and integration - **Knowledge of integration architecture and integration framework**: - **Fluent English** (oral/written) - Experience to lead people, vendors and partners - Ability to interact and manage in multi-cultural and multi-functional organization - Experience of **working in project management mode**: - The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential - **Team spirit** - Unité commerciale: GBS- Division: GBS BS - IT- Entité légale: ENGIE Information et Technologies S.A.- Type de contrat: CDI- Type d'emploi: Temps Plein- Expérience professionnelle: Qualifié ( >3 expérience
