This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support. To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a: **GET - Factory Lead (M/F)** - The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)_ The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules. The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution. The **Factory Lead** role is proposed to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be **accountable for all** **Factories delivery.** This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations Lead. **Responsibilities**: - In charge of supervising all factories (Data Migration, Development, authorization,.) except Middleware factory (supervised by integration lead): - Ensure an industrialize ways of working (processes, tooling, KPI,) - Monitor services (RUN & BUILD) & ensure compliancy SLA - Manage GET Factories leaders : Data migration Lead, Report & analytics lead & development lead - Handle hot topics & crisis - For 3 factories (Translation, Back-office factories & Authorization): - Directly accountable for delivery - Select, implement & maintain tooling to ensure operations - Define delivery model, setup appropriate team & associated contracts - Note : all factories are operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities - Oversee global relationship with all stakeholders : GET Teams (Roll-out & RUN), GBS IT and Factories partner - Contribute to Income Management (internal controls) - Define & monitor adequate documents & checklist **Position requirements** - **Senior position** that require significant **experience in large SAP projects**: - **Experience in leading global Factories**: - Ability to lead in **matrixial organizations**: - **Fluent English** (oral/written) - Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination - Experience of **working in project management mode**: - Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization & day-to-day requirements - The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential - **Team spirit** - Business Unit: GBS- Division: GBS BS - IT- Legal Entity: ENGIE Information et Technologies S.A.- Contract Type: Permanent- Job Type: Full - Time- Professional Experience: Skilled ( >3 experience
