This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support. To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a: **GET - Data Migration Lead (M/F)** **_The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)_** The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules. The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. The **Data Migration Lead** role is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be **in** **charge of delivering Data Migrations for all rollouts**. **Responsibilities**: - In charge of **Data Migration Strategy & tooling** - Define, implement & maintain Data Migration Strategy & the associate Data Migration toolkit - Ensure the effective adoption of the migration strategy and toolkit for the deployments - Identify and address the improvements needed to the migration toolkit and migration technical solution according to the IT industrialization guidelines and pilots/rollouts feedbacks - Accountable for all **IT Data Migration delivery** - Understand and gather the demand needs from the roll-out team and consolidate and support the roll-out team create the migration plan for each entity to be deployed on the GET platform - Drive and monitor the migration execution at the factory, in cooperation with the roll-out teams, ensuring the migration activities will be on-time, on budget and on-quality - Manage the plan and provide accurate progress status in cooperation with the partner, tracking and sharing KPIs agreed **Position requirements** - **Significant experience in migration activities on large SAP projects**: - **Good knowledge of SAP Migration tools**, esp.
