TALYSIO, Agence de Conseil en Recrutement & Intérim, est spécialisée dans la recherche et la sélection de profils Top & Middle Management. Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client 1 Key User CRM H/F.

**Rôles & Responsabilités**:
Pour le compte d'un de ses clients Talysio recrute un Key User CRM (SalesForces)

Vous travaillerez directement en relation avec le responsable du service et vous effectuerez les missions suivantes:
Assurer la mise en œuvre et la qualité des données:
Assurer les tests: le Key User co-construit les cas de tests, il exécute les scripts de test.
Donner des retours sur les solutions informatiques fournies (interface utilisateur, expérience utilisateur).
Effectuer les ajustements de procédures de travail qui peuvent être nécessaires.
Participer aux activités de validation informatique (évaluation des risques, rédaction et exécution des scripts de test).
Participer à la migration des données (nettoyage des données, préparer les données à migrer, ainsi que tester le résultat des opérations de migration).

Soutenir les utilisateurs finaux:
Rédiger les manuels utilisateurs.
Construire les supports de formation.
Organiser et animer des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs finaux.
