**Your key responsibilities**:
**1. Content development and strategy**:

- You will shape clear and engaging narratives for Mirakl's products and features, ensuring that our content directly communicates the value and functionality of what we offer to our users.
- You will create and develop straightforward, informative content (including tutorials, videos, and how-to guides) and deliver it across various platforms like help centers, universities, in-app, and helpdesks.
- You will represent Mirakl to global users through strategic writing highlighting business values at every step.

**2. Collaboration and communication**:

- You will collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams for release ideation, execution, and editorial planning.
- You will engage with Subject Matter Experts (Customer Success team) for collaborative content creation.
- You will provide creative ideas for organizing and delivering content to ensure user success and increase their Mirakl's functional adoption.

**3. User-centric approach**:

- You will gain a profound understanding of user needs, enabling you to distill complex features into easily digestible and user-friendly formats.
- You will employ GenAI tools and other advanced technologies to streamline and enhance the efficiency of content creation and delivery efficiency, ensuring that the information is accessible and engaging.
- You will consistently emphasize the business values and operational efficiencies that users can achieve by leveraging Mirakl's features, helping them understand and appreciate the tangible benefits of our solutions in their daily operations.

**4. Technical Writing and AI Integration**:

- You will use GenAI for creative inspiration and prompt generation.
- You will employ GenAI to enhance grammar and syntax in technical writing.
- You will utilize GenAI for spell-checking and proofreading to ensure high-quality content.
- You will utilize GenAI's translation capabilities for multilingual documentation.

**5. Analytics and Continuous Improvement**:

- You will closely monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to increase content usage significantly.
- You will help organize and schedule content delivery effectively.
- You must keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing and content creation, especially in tech sectors.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for content creation.
- Strong skills in content strategy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in using GenAI for grammar, spell-checking, and translation.
- Ability to create multimedia content (videos, tutorials, guides).
- Competence in analyzing content performance
- Deep understanding of user needs and ability to create user-friendly content.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
