The **Clinical Sales Specialist **is responsible for provides Clinical and Product expertise to our sales team, distribution partners and key stakeholders during the sales process.

This position reports to the Clinical Sales Manager and is part of the Medical Sales Division EMEA located in Paris/Ile de France and will be working remotely to cover France as first priority, be supportive in neighboring countries and occasionally in the rest of EMEA as part of the EMEA Clinical Specialist Team.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Demonstrate the clinical benefits of the Leica surgical portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of training materials & content (slide deck, videos).
- Plan and host products trainings and workshops.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Master/bachelor’s degree Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering or (scrub)nurse
- Strong understanding of clinical workflow, IT workflow including DICOM and HL7, anatomy and medical terminology
- Fluency in French and English is a must, an additional language of EMEA region is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated capacity to detect customer needs and find out appropriate solutions.

**Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements**:

- Ability to travel 60% + of the time in the region of responsibility.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Microsurgery and Neurosurgery experience is a plus.
