**How will your role as Account Manager look like?**
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding Clipper Interall's position in France (focus region: Western France). In this role, you will make a significant contribution to achieving Clipper Interall's objectives.
**Your tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Collaborating closely with Inside Account Managers, who support you with preparing quotes and proactively following up on them. Together, you maximize order intake.
- Creating and implementing a commercial annual plan for your customers.
- Acting as a sparring partner for customers regarding Clipper Interall's products and services. You advise, brainstorm, and respond to client needs, for instance, by co-developing effective promotional plans and phased actions that contribute to healthy growth for all parties.
- Representing Clipper Interall at (potential) customer meetings, trade shows, and other relevant events.
- Proactively acquiring new clients and driving business development, such as contacting new prospects met at trade shows or increasing revenue through cross
- and upselling.
- Forecasting volume and revenue trends for your customers, making adjustments where necessary, and reporting to stakeholders at the headquarters in Helmond.
- Negotiating prices and other terms.
- Keeping your market knowledge and developments in the France region up-to-date. You play an advisory role within the organization, identifying opportunities and acting on them proactively.
**Where will you work?**
You will become part of the Clipper Sales Team for France. This team consists of 1 Sales Manager, 2 Inside Account Managers, and 4 Customer Service Employees. Together, you are responsible for Clipper’s success in France. The French office is based in Roubaix, once every few weeks you will be working from this office as well. You will mainly work from home or at the customer.

Clipper Interall is part of Plato Group, an organization with over 80 years of experience in the promotional products industry. Plato Group oversees three innovative and leading brands in the sector: IGO Promo, Clipper Interall, and Compacon. As an international organization, our headquarters are in the Netherlands, with regional offices across various European countries. Our location in Helmond houses the logistics centre, a printing facility with over 100 machines, the purchasing department, and several staff departments.

**What do you bring?**
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an Account Manager position, preferably in the promotional industry.
- You are preferably living in the Western part of France, for example region Nantes or Bordeaux.
- Thinking from the customer’s perspective is in your DNA. You are proactive and confident in approaching both existing and new customers.
Additionally, you are solution-oriented, resilient under pressure, and structured in your work.
Proficient in both French and English, both written and spoken.
