Join us as a Sales Operations Intern and contribute to building and maintaining the tools, processes, and data that empower our Sales Representatives to achieve their objectives.
You will work closely with Florian Ganster (Sales Operations Manager) and Romain Corone (Sales Operations Lead) in their team to support high-impact projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech environment.
** As a Sales Operations Intern at Qonto, you will**
- Assist in coordinating projects for the Sales Ops team, working alongside experienced Sales Operations Managers, focusing on initiatives expected to generate revenue and value for Qonto.
- Collaborate with various teams (Sales teams, the DemandGeneration, the Growth Ops team ) to gather, document, and clarify requirements for project developments and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support on tools and services such as Salesforce, Outreach, Aircall, Modjoused by Sales, International, KAM, Accounting, and Partnership teams, ensuring optimal configuration for each user.
- Support in training and assisting **sales representatives** in the software environment.
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements for existing and new processes.

Romain has a strong experience evolving in the French Tech sector working with companies helping SMBs to reach their full potential. Starting off working in Sales and Marketing, Romain has found his niche in helping teams reach their full potential. He takes an extra interest in sports and boxing particularly.
**What he can bring you?** Romain is passionate about mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment by implementing best sales ops practices and sharing his expertise.
**About You**
- You're currently pursuing a Master's degree with a focus on Business, Sales, or a related field.
- You have a previous internship or a strong interest in Sales Operations, project management, or data analysis.
- You're a proactive team player with excellent communication skills in both French and English, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.**Perks**
