**Voisins-le-Bretonneux**:
**Your tasks**:

- Project leadership according to the Product Development Process and representation of the project internally and externally
- Functional leadership and coordination of the project team
- Planning and realization of the projects in close coordination with all relevant central functions, customers and suppliers,
- Management and monitoring of the progress of the project
- Reporting and documentation
- Feedback about the performance of all team members to the respective disciplinary managers for annual evaluation)
- Key user of Project Management (depending of local organization)
- Key user Continuous Improvement Process
- Travel abroad is to be expected.

**Your Profile**:

- Project is closed at least according to premises of project release as regard to planning, cost, revenues, and capacities,
- The cooperation with the customer is positive and builts a robust basis for future project acquisitions

Skills required:

- Appropriate experience in project management
- Safe in the field of moderation and presentation
- Inter cultural competency
- Negotiation leadership

Personality:

- A high level of authority, persuasion capacity and target orientation
- Pronounced enterpreunarial thinking and action
- Pronounced communication skills
- Leadership competency
- Education required:

- Higher education: Engineer preferred (or possibly comparable qualification gained through work experience).

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years experience with a car manufacturer or automotive supplier

Foreign languages:

- French : Bilingual imperative,
- English: Bilingual professional imperative
- German: Would be a plus
