The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a continuously growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops in 21 European Countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.
Who You Are:
Our Stock Managers are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are highly organized and collaborative team player, with a positive attitude towards challenges, supporting the team to deliver an elevated customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring all stock items is organized and easily accessible for sales associates
- Maintain product and supply inventories to increase efficiency.
- Responsible for training stock associates, receiving and sending shipments, updating records, and maintaining inventories.
- Perform operational tasks with excellence
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal performance results
- Performing the stock operations utilizing all available tools and technology
You’ll Need to Have:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with inventory software
- Understanding of proper safety procedures in the stockroom
- Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Ability to work as a leader, to drive, motivate and develop people
- English language

- Relevant stock operations experience
- Interest in self-development and in growing your career within Capri Holdings (Versace, Jimmy Choo, MICHAEL KORS)
- Technologically savvy individual with entrepreneurial spirit
- Local language
