Responsibilities Advise and assist the persons responsible for carrying out RepoClear activities to align with the CCP's obligations under the applicable regulations. Contribute to new and existing RepoClear initiatives where applications to, and/or confidence of, regulators are required, seeing the process through from first ideas to implementation. Drive the submission file for regulatory authorisations and manage the regulatory processes until the authorisation is obtained. Ensure the interface between RepoClear management and SA's regulators involved. Provide reasonable assurance that LCH SA complies with its rules and regulations related to RepoClear business, in relation with the Compliance Officer in charge of the follow up of Regulatory inspections and remediation plans: Ensure the tracking of RepoClear regulatory issues/actions until formal closure from the regulators where required, Report on non compliance issues and notify RepoClear incidents to regulators, Manage inspections when related to RepoClear. Analyse new regulations impacting RepoClear, liaise with public affairs to influence regulatory change, clarify and ensure that the new regulation are adequately embedded. Represent compliance in the various committees where RepoClear matters are discussed, liaise with other departments in charge of these subjects, ensure awareness. Drive the filing for new licences as and when required for RepoClear. Help the CDS Clear advisor for filings as and when needed. More generally participate to compliance transversal tasks as and when needed and most notably: Manage the overall regulatory issues follow-up process, Organise the monthly meetings, Contribute to the Management Indicators. Qualifications Knowledge of Central Counterparty clearing. Knowledge of European and US regulations related to Banks and to clearing. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English). Capability to manage projects, to organise a filing and track issues. Ability to work effectively with colleagues and regulators effectively at all levels. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Sound judgment and strategic thinking skills.
