The Global Innovation Deployment Senior Coordinator leads the deployment of Taste global innovations. This role ensures innovation relevancy & readiness, crafts differentiated value propositions & science-backed storytelling, and drives impactful launches, connecting breakthrough technologies to customers’ needs and accelerating growth across regional markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Defines global deployment plan for Taste innovation projects, covering all precommercialization and technical marketing aspects.
- Elaborates clear value proposition and storytelling backed up with science and technical data.
- Ensures the innovation project portfolio is ready for deployment in target markets (incl. trademarking; consumer insights; regulatory compliance; supply chain, documentation and systems readiness; pricing; etc.).
- Designs innovative internal and external launch material incl. market product demos.
- Drives and participate in internal trainings for the creation, technical, marketing and commercial communities.
- Collaborates with strategic and technical innovation program leaders (IPLs and TPLs) to assess elements such as positioning, route to market, partnerships, pricing strategy, technical performance, etc.
- Fosters communication between global and regions as well as among global functions and strategic business units.

**You bring**:

- University degree in Food / Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years’ experience in the food & beverages or food ingredients industry (e.g. flavors, nutrition, texture systems). B2B and B2C experience is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent technical marketing background (ability to explain complex scientific topics in clear, concise, and client-focused manner).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, persuasive, good influencing skills across cultures & geographies.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, with the ability to take initiative, able to work individually/remotely and as a team.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
