**Descriptif du poste**:
Eskimoz recherche un(e) Head of Product passionné(e) par l’innovation pour rejoindre et faire grandir les équipes produit et design.
Le Head of product dirige la vision stratégique, le développement et l’amélioration continue de nos produits, en mettant l’accent sur l’expérience utilisateur et l’utilisation efficace des données, afin d’accompagner la forte croissance de l’activité.
**Missions**:
**Vision et stratégie Produit**
- Définir et mettre en œuvre une vision produit alignée sur les objectifs de l’entreprise, en intégrant les meilleures pratiques en matière d’expérience utilisateur (UX).
- Mettre en place la stratégie et la roadmap produit qui répondent aux besoins de nos utilisateurs (associations et contributeurs) et aux opportunités du marché.
- Encadrer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des produits, de la conception à la mise en production, en veillant à la cohérence avec la vision stratégique.
- Assurer une veille continue des meilleures pratiques en termes Produit, SaaS et UX.
**Prise de décision et arbitrage**
- Accompagner et systématiser l’utilisation de la data afin de valider et prioriser le contenu des roadmaps et la mesurabilité de chaque nouveau projet. Utiliser les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées en matière de produits.
- Co-construction avec l’équipe technique et porter les arbitrages nécessaires en fonction de la capa ou de l’investissement à allouer à chaque projet
**Pilotage et pratiques produit**
- Faire évoluer les process et pratiques “Agiles” pour optimiser les interactions entre l’équipe tech et les experts métiers et gagner en efficience
**Excellence de l’expérience utilisateur**
- Professionnaliser améliorer l’efficience du processus de Discovery produit
- Mettre en place des processus d’UX/UI design efficaces pour garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
**Profil recherché**:
**Votre profil**:
- Vous justifiez de plusieurs expériences significatives en management de produit (Product Manager, Head of Product, Entrepreneur..) avec de solides compétences managériales et de leadership.
- Une experience en Martech est un plus significatif
- Vous possédez une solide compréhension du cycle de vie du produit et des méthodologies agiles.
- Vous avez un grand sens de l’organisation et une rigueur à toute épreuve
- Vous êtes capable de rédiger et communiquer en anglais.
- Vous avez l’habitude de travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.
