**What are we looking for?**
- Communication, marketing / business master degree
- Minimum 5 years experiences in PR agency or similar CA position in the FMCG industry
- Media relations, issue and crisis management, social media
- Digital native
- Planning, structure and organization in project management, multi-tasking
- Excellence in communication internally, externally, with top management and stakeholder management
- Editorial skills with structure and conciseness
- Media relations in PR or as a journalists
- Crisis management or Public Affairs experience
- Pet affinity is nice to have

**What will be your key responsibilities?**

**External communicaton (Purpose and SIG)**:

- **Contribute to elaborate the external communication plan** with the CA director in line with the global Petcare/PN OGSM priorities to maximise corporate and brands reputation
- ** Recommand corporate, brand PR, Purpose or Sustainability **communication initiatives (Better cities for pets, Pedigree adoption, Ils partent avec Nous, Sheba Hope, SIG) for France
- Collaborate with digital, sales, marketing and CA teams, **write the PR agency briefing, fix goals, and recommend actions**
- Lead Trade PR with the PR agency
- Write contents to support external and social media communication in line with the plan
- Follow the KPI monitor impressions, measure media reputation and recommend corrective actions
- ** Develop key messages for stakeholders** in liaison with internal or external experts. Maintain the Mars Petcare key messages bible up to date.
- Coordonate communication actions with other segments, CA EU/Global Petcare team, ERN & STD factory teams

**Stakeholder relations**
- Support relationships with partners in the pet French ecosystem network and recommand actions to maintain relations (Handi’Chien, Fondation 30 millions Amis, Lion’s Share)
- Organize meeting and events with external stakeholders (conferences, webinars, MP diner, factory tours or celebration)

**Issue management, public affairs and crisis**
- Monitor issues, recommand responses and support crisis management if needed
- Support consumer relations or community managers with key messages
- Support relations with local stakeholders (mps, policy makers, media, institutions, NGOs, etc.)

**Internal Communication**:

- Contribute to the French internal communication plan, leveraging external activities internally in collaboration with the CA Director and the Internal communication Associate.
- Recommend key messages, tools and supports to internal communication
