OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION We are looking for an experienced communications specialist to join our Corporate External Communications team. The mission is focused on technology-driven media and industry analyst relations. As part of the broader Integrated Marketing & Communications organization, you will work closely with the teams in charge of Content, Events, Digital Marketing, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, Marketing and Business Management for each business unit, to design and implement a global communications strategy which advances and protects ST’s reputation as a leading global semiconductor company. Responsibilities would include, in collaboration with team members and colleagues across the globe : Technology-driven PR for smart mobility, industrial systems, personal electronics and cloud-connected autonomous things Corporate reputation management (planning, implementing, tracking) Targeting global business, industry vertical, technology media, as well as global and specialist industry analysts YOUR PROFILE This is a position for candidates with the capacity to understand complex business requirements and quickly assess communications needs, build relevant content with the help of the experts in the field, and turn them into actionable communication strategies and plans. You have the professional maturity to operate and influence at the highest levels of a multi-stakeholder environment and act as reliable communication business partner, including in crisis management communications. You are able to manage many complex assignments in parallel, interested in constant improvement in a changing function and committed to delivering actionable, measurable results. You are a team player, able to work with colleagues across other countries, regions and time zones. Above all, you have the attention, creativity, perseverance required to tell the stories of ST effectively to global business, industry vertical and technology stakeholders. Requirements Strong experience with technology PR strategies. Experience with semiconductor companies preferred; engineering / industrial systems / advanced manufacturing companies is relevant as well. 10 years of experience, including managing the communication constraints and dynamics of large listed companies, working for global PR networks or multinationals (ST is listed on the NYSE, Euronext Paris and Borsa Italiana in Milan). Successful track record with international media relations / corporate communications campaigns leveraging global business and trade media, industry analysts and social media. Experience with multi-stakeholder internal engagement : external and internal communications, public affairs, investor relations, sales & marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, risk management etc. Professionally fluent in English; other languages appreciated. YOUR WORKPLACE You can be based in one of the key locations of ST in Europe (Paris preferred but open to discussion), with some travel to be expected.
