Job Function: People & Culture The role:
**DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**
- The **Digital Marketing Specialist** collaborates with the Marketing Manager in creating and executing the Digital marketing and communication strategy of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and coordinate the development of impactful content for SWO blog channels, social media, digital and traditional media channels
- Plan, monitor, manage and report on social media and other digital channels, for both general brand awareness and to support specific marketing and sales campaigns.
- Develop an editorial calendar based on strategic goals, business needs and service launches.
- Capture, document and share customer wins, case studies, references and testimonials.
- Manage repository of information (Share-point, MS Teams) and report on usage stats.

What we need to see from you:
**What we need to see from you**?
- Experience in digital marketing/marketing communications, PR program, media and social media engagement, preferably from the technology industry
- Excellent program and project management skills, experience and track record, preferably in the field of information technology or similar fast-paced industry
- Demonstrable track record of defining and executing highly effective content marketing programs.
- Outstanding written skills.
- Professional English (minimum B2 level)
- Creative thinker
- Experience in managing a variety of internal and external content producers to ensure their deliverables are clear in message, on-time, and on-budget
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Sitecore
- Outstanding organizational, planning, time-management, and process-creation abilities
- Hybrid work model requires office presence 2 to 3 days per week
